About this item

• WHY UGAOO COCOPEAT – This compressed 2 kg cocopeat block is washed and machine-sieved to keep dust, sand and husk low. Cleaner coco peat means healthier roots and dust-free handling.
• EXPANDS UP TO 15X TO AROUND 30 LITRES – Soak the 2 kg cocopeat block in 8 to 10 litres of water for about 20–30 minutes and it reconstitutes into roughly 30 litres of light, fluffy growing medium, enough to fill 12+ standard 8-inch pots. Optimized pH of about 5.5 to 6.5 with high water-holding capacity and excellent root aeration, helping roots grow stronger and healthier.
• FASTER GERMINATION AND HEALTHY ROOTS – The horticulture-recommended pH band and airy texture make cocopeat ideal for quick seed germination and strong root growth. High water retention keeps seedlings evenly moist, while the open structure prevents compaction and supports oxygen at the root zone.
• HOW TO USE – Place the 2 kg cocopeat block in a tub or container, add 8 to 10 litres of water, and wait about 20–30 minutes until it expands and crumbles into loose, fluffy coco peat. Use it directly in seedling trays, mix 30–50% with garden soil for pots and containers, or blend with compost to create a light, well-draining potting mix and effective soil conditioner for beds, planters, and raised gardens.
• WORKS EVERYWHERE A PLANT GROWS – Use in pots, grow bags, seed trays, hydroponics, vertical gardens and as mulch, for indoor and outdoor plants alike. The Ugaoo difference is pre-washed, low-EC, sieved cocopeat.
