Legal &
Transparency
Bazaar99 believes that members and customers should be able to understand who operates the platform, how different activities work, where payments go and how shopping, services, member-network earnings and business participation differ from one another.
Know How Bazaar99 Works
Our goal is to keep the different parts of the platform clearly identifiable instead of presenting them as one indistinguishable transaction.
Who Operates Bazaar99?
Bazaar99 is the brand and website identity used for the Bazaar99 platform. Bazaar99 is operated by Infovision Media.
References on this website to Bazaar99 generally refer to the Bazaar99 platform, brand, website, shopping and member ecosystem operated by Infovision Media.
Infovision Media
Infovision Media is identified on Bazaar99 as the main Seller & Operator responsible for operation of the Bazaar99 platform and the applicable functions described on this website.
What Does Bazaar99 Include?
Bazaar99 brings several functions into one member ecosystem. These functions may be connected through the same member account, but each has its own purpose and transaction logic.
Product Shopping
Members may purchase available products subject to pricing, payment and delivery conditions.
Service Booking
Members may book available services through the Bazaar99 service system.
Member Network
Approved members may form part of a member referral and upline network.
Business Participation
Applicable balances may participate in business performance under the Investment concept.
Unified Member Model
Bazaar99 uses one member identity for applicable activities rather than treating a shopper, network participant and Service Provider as unrelated accounts.
A Member May Shop & Participate
The same approved member may purchase products, book services, participate in the member network and receive applicable earnings arising from qualifying platform activity.
Service Provider Is a Member Capability
A Service Provider must first be an approved member of the Bazaar99 member chain before Service Provider capability can be enabled.
Service Provider status therefore represents an additional function of an eligible member account, rather than an unrelated outside account receiving Bazaar99 service bookings.
How Product Transactions Work
Bazaar99 directly offers applicable products for purchase. Product transactions should be understood separately from service bookings and Investment activity.
Product Purchase
A member selects an available product, places an order and makes the applicable UPI/prepaid payment. The order then proceeds through payment verification and fulfilment according to its status.
Product availability and delivery serviceability may vary according to the product, location and available fulfilment arrangements.
Product Business Earnings
Where a completed product transaction produces applicable business profit, Bazaar99 may calculate and distribute earnings according to the product-profit rules applicable to that particular transaction.
A purchase does not automatically create earnings for unrelated member branches.
What Does the ₹99 Payment Mean?
The current fixed ₹99 amount charged through Bazaar99 for a service booking is the Bazaar99 Service Booking Charge. It is not represented as the total cost of repair, labour, spare parts, materials or other work that may ultimately be required.
Customer & Service Provider
Bazaar99 facilitates the applicable booking connection, while actual work requirements may only become clear after the Service Provider inspects or discusses the problem.
Before Additional Work
The Service Provider should communicate the nature of the required work and any separately applicable labour, repair, spare-parts or material charges with the customer.
The customer should understand and agree separately proposed work-related charges before authorizing additional work or expenditure.
Customer Information
A Service Provider may receive only the customer information reasonably required for the relevant service, such as name, contact number, service location and service-request details.
Service Provider access does not by itself provide access to the customer’s Investment Balance, detailed earnings or unrelated private financial information.
How the Member Network Works
Bazaar99’s member structure records the relationship through which members form part of the network. Network position and actual earnings are not the same thing.
Where Member Earnings Come From
Bazaar99 earnings should be understood by their actual source. Different activities may have different distribution rules, even though finalized earnings can ultimately become part of the member’s Investment Balance.
Product Activity
Eligible completed product transactions may create product-related business earnings.
Service Activity
Applicable service earnings are calculated from the Bazaar99 Service Booking Charge, not from separately agreed repair or material bills.
Source Records
Earnings may be recorded by source so the origin of an applicable earning remains identifiable.
Investment Balance
Applicable finalized earnings may subsequently be credited into the member’s Investment Balance.
Investment Means Profit & Loss Are Both Possible
The Investment concept is separate from the original source calculation of a Bazaar99 product or service earning. Once an applicable finalized amount becomes part of Investment Balance, it may form part of working capital participating in subsequent business performance according to the Investment system rules.
Earnings & Investment Balance
Bazaar99 keeps the source of applicable earnings identifiable, while finalized earnings may ultimately become part of the Investment concept balance.
Source-Specific Earnings
Product earnings, service-provider earnings, service-network earnings and other applicable earnings may be identified separately according to their source.
This helps distinguish why an amount was earned before it becomes part of the member’s broader balance.
Final Working Balance
Once an applicable Bazaar99 earning has been finalized and credited into Investment Balance, it becomes part of the member’s available working balance under the Investment concept.
Deposit and withdrawal functions are handled through the Investment side rather than through a separate Bazaar99 shopping withdrawal system.
Payments & Verification
Bazaar99 currently uses UPI/prepaid payment arrangements for applicable product orders and service bookings.
UPI / Prepaid
Applicable payments are currently made through UPI/prepaid arrangements.
No COD
Cash on Delivery is not currently offered unless expressly introduced later.
Verification
UTR, transaction reference or payment screenshot may be used for payment verification.
Refunds
Valid refundable amounts are handled according to the applicable Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
Things Every Member Should Understand
Membership Is Not a Guarantee of Earnings
Creating or holding a Bazaar99 member account does not by itself create a guaranteed right to income, profit or financial return.
Network Size Is Not Guaranteed Income
The presence of members in an upline/downline network does not itself mean that a particular member will receive earnings. Applicable earnings depend on qualifying activity and the relevant distribution rules.
Past Performance Is Not a Future Promise
Previous earnings or profit distributions are records of past activity and should not be treated as a guarantee that similar profit will occur again.
Product Purchase and Investment Are Different
Purchasing a product is a shopping transaction. Investment participation is a separate business performance concept. They should not be interpreted as the same transaction merely because they use the same member account.
₹99 Is Not the Full Repair Bill
The ₹99 Service Booking Charge should not be confused with actual labour, repair, spare-parts or material charges that may be separately agreed after the service requirement is understood.
Member Financial Information Is Restricted
A network relationship or Service Provider role does not automatically entitle another member to access a member’s complete private earnings, Investment Balance or financial transaction information.
Returns, Refunds & Service Issues
Bazaar99’s customer policies are intended to explain how legitimate product and service issues can be raised and reviewed.
Products
Genuine cases such as damaged, incorrect, incomplete or other valid product issues may be reviewed for an appropriate resolution under the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
Grocery, food and perishable products may require category-appropriate handling rather than every case requiring physical return of the item.
Services
If the booked service is not provided, the applicable ₹99 Service Booking Charge is refundable.
Separately agreed labour, repair, spare-parts or material payments between the customer and Service Provider are distinct from the Bazaar99 ₹99 booking transaction.
