• 𝟳𝟱𝟬𝗴 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵: Add 500g of atta and 250ml of water and you get around 750g of kneaded dough, which works out to roughly 12 to 15 rotis — a day’s chapatis for a family of three or four.
• 𝟲𝟱𝟬𝗪 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝟮 𝘁𝗼 𝟯 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗞𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗱: The Clearline dough maker runs a 650W motor that finishes a full batch in two to three minutes, against the 15 to 20 minutes the same dough takes by hand. There are no settings to work out — Atta:Water ratio is 2:1.
• 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱-𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗕𝗼𝘄𝗹: The atta kneader / atta maker comes with a 3 litre stainless steel bowl rather than plastic, so it will not stain, hold smells or go cloudy the way a plastic bowl does after a few months of daily use. It runs on a standard 3 pin earthed plug.
• 𝗕𝗼𝘄𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴: Both the kneading blade and the bowl lift off the base, and dough releases from steel instead of drying onto the sides. There is nothing fixed in place to scrub around, so a rinse and a wipe is all it needs.
